I'm sorry to hear about your missing veteran rewards; this issue is being worked on so that we can get them to you as soon as possible. These rewards will be sent directly to your Notification Window. Please take precautions when claiming these Boosts to make sure that they are redeemed on the character that you desire - if you claim them on the wrong character we will not be able to help you, so be careful! While our Development Team is working tirelessly to get this fix out as quickly as they can, due to the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, this allocation of the veteran rewards may take a couple a days to be fully implemented and actualized on your account. Please bear with us.
