Program closes after a short Time of playing

Hallo,
I play PS2 since yesterday, but in fact i can´t play it really:
ca. 5 Minutes after i start playing, the game freezes, closes and a Windows Popup says "Planetside2.exe doesn´t work no longer" (bzw., because i´m from germany, "Planetside2.exe funktioniert nicht mehr")

I use Windows 7 32Bit.

Is where any way to fix it, something like a .bat file or is there a Problem with the Game´s Settings?
