Rebel, Emperor, and Manticore damage drop-off?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but scouring Google searches haven't helped much. I've read and heard in a couple instances that upgraded pistols like the Rebel do not have a damage drop-off and the Google Docs weapon damage sheet doesn't list damage drop-off either.

Do these weapons have an effective range with damage? It would really make a big difference in deciding whether to purchase the Rebel.
