As above; number 1 is the AMS Sunderer.

Number 2 would be splash AoE/damage, especially from MBTs and rocket pods. Hopefully the forthcoming blast radius nerf will help to make this more tolerable; and force tank gunners / ESF pilots to work a bit harder for their easy mode kills.
