One thing I have always wondered and never seen a confirmation on is how the two affect each other, or which trumps which.
Anyone know for sure?
If someone has Rank 2 in Stealth and another person Rank 2 in Scout Radar do they cancel each other out or does Stealth always trump Scout Radar regardless of the number of ranks you have in it?
You'd hope that the person with the higher rank gains the advantage, and that in the case of equal ranks both would be on equal footing, but based on my experience I have the feeling stealth trumps and that Scout Radar specifically only works against non-stealth vehicles.
