XP sharing between vehicle crew?

I like a lot the design of the Vanguard, and I'm considering piloting them as my main occupation in PS.

I was wondering how the experience is shared between the crew when a vehicle kill someone. Is the gunner taking it all? If it's the case, then either I'll be gunner some of the time, either I'll be ramming a lot with it
