Is there any way to stop this? :(

I just got the game after beta, and i mean it is a realy cool game, but i am havin this prob where it full scans every time i log on. This take a good 20 mins, so as you can immagin i am rather annoyed. I have tryed uninstaling, reinstaling the game, but to no avail. I also formattid my PC, and reinstalled, again, to no avail... Help anyone?
