Computer thunderstorms help

So my computer wont turn on after it got shut off by the power going out

. Im wondering do you guys think its my motherboard or the power supply? Im praying to god its the power supply because i have like 5 other cases lying around the house. But i dont think i can afford a new motherboard. Newayz am i wasting my time here or is it probably just the mother board and not even bothering testing it out.
