Waaaaay the new patch makes gameplay awful

Well not gameplay, but the new patch has royally messed up my enjoyment of the game, I have had to turn every setting off or minimum, I stutter all over the place and firing my weapon kills my FPS.

It was fine until the pacth, I have a good enough PC/internet connection, it just saddens me that this happens

This may seem like a whining flaming troll post but I am really upset about it. It makes the game totally unplayable atm with the stuttering poor performance. I know from fact that it will improve but I can't be bothered anymore with it.

Shame really, I'm gonna stick it out and try everything I know but how can a patch mess everything?
