That's right, all Customer service rep's are completely ignorant and good for nothing. Here's the reason: Just for the privacy of my friends and players I won't include any names of anyone that was involved.
As everyone should know CR4s and 5s get Oribital Strikes to be used against Enemies, to have fun a few people were messing around with the Orbital strikes and dropping them on a friendly vehicle pad. Yes it was a mean thing to do, but it's a game and should not be taken so seriously, aside from the continent was 98% our's and there was nothing better to do. Well the idiot players blamed a friend of mine, let's just leave it at that and a GM set his grief level to 1010, plus any grief that he might of had. And let it be noted that this CR5 did not OS the vehicle pad, he OSed a few commanders who ASKED him to do so. What they did was kill each player when he hit fire and then killed him so no grief was received and the names of the players weren't on the death messages.
Yes, I know it was a horrible thing to do, but I'm sure many people play around and TK people. Aside from this my friends and me, all fellow CR5s /appealed this outrage and we're merely shot down, and my poor friend wasn't responded back by any CSR to my knowledge. What is stupid about this? An innocent player gets blamed for doing nothing and the CSRs don't even look into what happened. What is that? It's nonsense.
Anyhow, if you don't care, fine, whatever it doesn't bother me at all. But I feel that people might want to know that our CSRs really don't do anything for the players except abuse their powers. Just my honest opinion on the matter.
