Certification for Command Rank

I'll be brief. The number of certification points is too skimpy for a br20 soldier. I believe a soldier should receive a Certification Point for Command Rank one through four. For Command Rank Five, a soldier should receive an extra implant slot. Don't agree with me? I DO NOT CARE. Support my position? YOU ARE A TRUE WARRIOR! CARRY ON.
