Unhappy E&B freaky glich

In Earth and Beyond, whenever I land on a planet, the game get's screwed up. I see through things and my ship sometimes disappears behind other object (satellites, etc.) even though I know that it is in front. I'll get my dxdiag and I'm offering free invisible beer if you manage to get this one. don't laugh at my PC, because I'm getting it upgraded:
