Pulling Char/Outfit stats from PS

Ok.. This may be the wrong forum, but I cannot find a better place.

Anyone out there know the DB server type, address, and table structure for pulling this data?

I have seen some programs which do this, but I want the core structure so I can write my own SQL.

Anyone?
