Is there a trend toward planned fights?


So what do you think.

On Markov I've noticed a trend toward staged fights. Right now Cyssor gets all the big action and nobody really cares about the other continents. Anyone who wants to can take a squad and go gobble up bases and fight some small skirmishes. When populations are low and taking a continent doesn't really mean anything in the long run the players are sort of forced to stage the bigger fights.

There used to be a time when the Vanu would never allow their home continets of Amerish and Esamir to be taken over so easily, but it seems that almost every night we allow them to be over run and only once things start to wind down on Cyssor do we withdraw and take things back.

It's also nice to go fight on different continents. Sticking with the home continents night after night can get a little dull.

Either way, I don't see it as being a problem. As long as people are having fun, who cares how many continents you hold.
