I know people would bitch, but quite frankly I wouldn't care. Galaxies have become far too rare, Sunderers are barely used and when they are they're used more for mobile walls with turrets, and as it stands there is no real incentive to lock a contient other than there's nothing else to do. I think what I propose could help alleviate all three of those problems at once.

Hehe, i feel the same way bout the Galaxies and Sunderers. And I totally agree with the point that there isnt any incentive for locking continents. They should be hard to lock and even harder to unlock.

As for the soloist thing, imagine you were one. You had no vehicle certs, or friends for that matter, and your only source of transportation was the HART or your feet. It would totally interfere with your HART in, fight, and recall cycle. And we wouldn't want that would we.....
