Severs Are up, but no one can log in!

People on my TS channel have been asking me for a couple of hours why they couldn't get into PS. I told them I was in, then I tried recalling to the sanc. and I crashed. I started PS back up, and it let me back in without showing the "choose one of your four charts. screen" and I was back in. I told this to em, and they were really spent on trying to figure out what was wrong. So I logged off (Quite PS) waited my 30 seconds to quite, then was on the diffrent severs list. I clicked on Emerald and it just sat there, I couldn't log back in after logging out. This is a problem that has been going on for a couple hours now. Just thought I should say somthing :-)
