New Stutter bug?

I just wanted to see if anyone else was having this problem... horrid stuttering in any battle/fast action situation is back... at least for me with this new patch. I got home from work today and tried to play... I got the patch... and OMG is the stutter bad...

I see the NC with JH... then I hear 1 shot... then I'm dead... THEN I hear the last 3 shots... LOL

About the ohly thing I can do now is deploy spitfire turrets and mines... lol

Anyway, anyone else getting this?
