no, the M203 is the grenade launcher itself. it can either be attached to the barrel of any STANAG rifle(M16, AUG, G36, ect.), or used as a stand-alone weapon with a pistol grip and a folding stock.

[edit] OH WAIT! the M204 is the same thing as the M203, i belive. yes, US's primary SAW is the FN 249 Minimi. also, know as the M249.
