Processor Questions

Two questions one about overclocking and the other about upgrading processors:

I have an HP, is it possible to upgrade the processor and what kinds of processors other than my AMD Athlon 2400+ would work with it. Here is some info about my CPU and mobo:

I have found some utilities to overclock, any tips, i want to start off small first?
