I just wonder what the point to allowing the cloakers in? If they can't hack terminals and the generator is protected from attack, then what exactly are they going to do? Now if there is a shield generator (seperate from the main gen), then I can see that as a valid target. The cloaker would sneak in to the unguarded base, blow the shield gen, then he could hit the equipment terminal and switch out.
Just remember, they are making plans based on controlling Zergs and midnight hacks. If you balance the two problems, then that will be the probable final solution.
