I'm looking for an outfit...

I'm looking for an outfit(of any of the three empires) that is

-big
-organized
-has a lot of outfit points
-has a lot of veterans I can look up to
-willing to take someone who has NO IDEA what he is doing under their wing

soo... yeah. I still havent decided on empire, so I guess whatever outfit I join will decide it...
