will this work??

Okay so i hav a AMD athlon 2500, 512 mb of ddr 3200 ram, ati radeon 9600 128 mb, and a Gigabyte k7 triton (400 mhz fsb) , so will this run PS at 800*600*32

at decent detail, i just want to know before i buy it
