sadly it does compare to that, I have gotten ticket responses from DanB. He never helps, he gives u the standard BS line. At least some of the others make a suggestion and type their own responses, he obviouly pulls it right out of a manual, those ppl are not meant to be customer SERVICE representitives, he completely lacks people skills from what i have seen

Congratulations, you know absolutely nothing about Nazi Germany. People would say it would be difficult to pass through all those years of schooling without actually learning just a teeny bit of history, but people would be wrong.
In no universe does bad customer service = slaughtering of millions. In no universe does lacking people skills = genocide. The word is thrown around enough, you don't have to be ignorant enough to pick up the banner and throw it around yourself.
