There's really 2 separate instagib methods to the JH. You can do the quad shot, where you fire a primary followed by a secondary shot. Or, if you're close enough, one secondary shot will kill anyone if it hits. I think the instagib will still be around, but the time it takes to pull off will be reduced, thus making the JH user vulnerable to taking more damage.
