Well, fair enough, although I dont think this is really a game of strategy. There will be plenty of tactics, but its sort of hard to spy on someone and then log off/log back on in time to report to the other side where they are, because they will already be gone.

If there was important strategical movements then that would be different, but the game is determined by players in small groups, not commanders coordinating the entire empire.
