Ok, when I open a new window in IE, it comes in this extremely stupid and really small shape. I already tried holding shift+resizing the window, but that only works until I turn off my computer. Once I turn it back on the new windows are reset back to the old shape. This is really getting annoying. Is there anything in the registry for predefined window sizes that keeps making it reset? I don't understand why it goes back when I restart.
