Exactly Seer. On the offical forums i had to bang a couple of heads together because people said it didnt take range, skill, damage degradation, bullet speed etc. into account. It's an almost impossible task to put all this into one spreadsheet calculation so i've just put in the hits to kill, Rof and TTK (plus the usual reload times, clip sizes etc.).
Its meant to provide a basis for people to judge the weapons on and expand it further, not completely influence their opinion.
