Yeah I dunno why its such a big deal, so you can own everyweapon so what, its not like you can pull everyweapon in battle. So since they are so chaotic about just unlearning one cert I thought to make this just happen like every one month.
btw, people in the offical forums think this is a crappy idea, so if you want you can find the thread i made and bump it with positive thoughts be my guest.
