I've noticed a lot more homeless people in my affluent little village. They have their tricks of the trade, travel in groups and they even have a tent city that they congregate in. The cops actually bring people to the tent city when they're released.
The other day, they had a war at the tent city. Axes, knives. The cops were there for about an hour. The funny thing is about 1 click from the tent city is Smith College, one of the richest little girls' schools in the nation. It has more than its share of hotties, senators' daughters, etc. So how's the hobo scene in your neck of the woods?
