bittorrent question

First of all I am only using it to download legal files so it is not=teh ban.

If you don't know what bittorrent is it is like kazaa only 20x better. PM me for details.

Anyway, is there anyway to speed up downloads with this software? I don't want to wait 800 hours for most of these files. (all of wich are legal

)
