It's jsut a name of the franchise. Who cares? As i said, Mario Kart has nothing, gameplay wise, to do with the Mario games, it was jsut a game in the franchise. The same goes for this; it's name is Deus Ex, but it isn't a Deus Ex game, just like Mario Karts name is Mario, but it isn't a Mario. No one cried about that.
