It means getting a propane tank, a rag, karosine, matches, and a gun.
1. dump rag in karosine 2. light rag on fire 3. throw it on propane tank 4. shoot tank several times 5. jump into fast car if nessesary of calling the fire department Oh and if i got no time for that, go to the beach and light off fireworks.
