So how about it? a new implant that is the opposite of surge, which while enabled slows down your perspective of everything around you, with some sort of a slight autoaim feature. The game physics probably won't allow this, and even if it did it would probably be better to be faster anyway, but if it was possible, and it really did slow down everything and everyone around you, while you retain a normal foot speed i might add, could add a new reverse perspective of surge. Probably won't work though, but if it could. The big if.
