They are tunneling in... ...from above?

Recently they have been doing some renovations in the building that I work in, and today they must've been doing something between floors 1 and 2 (I am on floor 1). I hear soemthing moving around the drop ceiling above me but think nothing of it... then I start to hear loud banging noises and think "Oh well... just the workers making noise again..." I continue with my work. Then, just 5 minutes ago I'm sitting at my desk when I hear a crack, a crash, and a scream in the next cube over... 2 workers fell through the drop ceiling and pulled a very large portion of the grid off the wall... they also fucked up the electrical (live wires everywhere) so I can't get access to my laptop... now i'm using a crappy computer... and whats worse? They are going to continue to try and 'fix' the original problem, ignoring the gapping hole (and still live wires hanign from the ceiling...) Some people can be such asses...
