He came in, and as part of his interview, Trammel gave him a test to move the guy from the cockpit to the gunner position. He had to complete the animation within 20 minutes of sitting in the chair during the interview. And oh yeah...just to be interesting...T-ray took the guy's arms off and Niraj had to animate him without arms.
The result? We laughed for 10 minutes straight...then hired him.  |
