The latest issue of the Official Xbox Magazine has confirmed an Xbox version of Half-Life 2, with some brief details.
- Improved lighting effects, it looks better than on PC
- Loading times doesn't differ from PC-Version, due to a new Streaming technology
- The controls are adapted to the joypad, auto-aiming has been included
- They are working on the airboat/buggy controls, because it is too difficult to steer and shoot on the same time
- The Source-Engine has been adapted to Xbox, so Xbox developers can license it now
- The textures are less detailed than on PC because of the ram (64 MB)
- There will be NO multiplayer in the game, not even via Xbox Live
- It's not announced if it will be possible to download new stuff, but there was no clear NO
- Release date: Summer 2005 (USA)

Sounds interesting, I wonder how they will be able to pull it off on the xbox. I dont doubt their abilities, but I seriously doubt that it will be out this summer.
