SOE is collecting information to try and resolve the recent frame rate issues everyone has been having. Sporkfire has requested that everyone who is experiencing these problems to post their DXDiag:
We'd like to compile as much data as we possibly can on the current framerate issues that some players have been experiencing since the launch of Core Combat. We are requesting that players who are having these difficulties post their DXDiag files in this thread for us to review.
To create your DirectX Diagnostic information:
1) Click on the START menu, select RUN and type in DXDIAG and select OK.
2) When the DirectX Diagnostic tool opens, click on the SAVE ALL INFORMATION button on the lower right, next to the EXIT button.
3) Save the DxDiag.txt to your desktop or other easily found location.
4) Copy and paste the contents to this thread.
If you are experiencing the frame rate issues please help out and post your dxdiag in
this thread.
