In Concept Outfit Alliances

The official site has posted a new "In Concept" about Outfit Legacy Points, and Outfit Alliances. Here is a snippet:

First, the modified Outfit Credit system will discourage Outfit populations from reaching too high a number, and the system will leave many of the larger Outfits disenfranchised from their former Outfit communities. The Alliance Communication Structure system is being proposed to help these communities stay together and cohesive by reorganizing themselves into an Alliance of five Outfits.
