A new In Concept has been posted on the official site:

What is a Quarterly Campaign? Basically, it's a competition amongst Outfits for ranking on a quarterly basis (every three months). It's competition amongst Outfits to get ranking for themselves by fighting for their Empire's needs. You can also compete against enemy Outfits on their ranking ladders for the overall glory of being the best Outfit in the game.
