Credit card verification problems

Hey guys. 2 days ago i wanted to buy planetside afterschock from D2D. so i made a account and putted afterschoick in my shopping cart and clicked on checkout.

After entering all my visa card information and made sure i verified it i once again clicked on place order. Then it went to processing the order but no matter what i do this is what i get: http://i222.photobucket.com/albums/d...ren_2007/1.jpg

I did send them an email but no answer so far.

Help is greatly apreciated
