GTX 465? Those things aren't really that good. Worse card in the 400 series in my opinion.
For that price you are better off with this GTX 460. More expensive upfront, but you get a warranty and it will be cheaper once the MIR in. This card is awesome. Here is a review. It will smack that GTX 465 around so much it isn't even funny.
