Do ya really think they will make a gun you can't aim?
My guess is that the pilot will be able to control the cannon and the smaller guns on the turret next to it, exactly like the current Vanny. Then the secondary gunner will have a different gun that they can aim independently. Neither the Mag or the Prowler show the secondary guns which is why I don't believe the Vanny is either.
