Where is the subscription page?

So I just redownloaded off the website. It says to install and continue playing I need subscribe. But when I click the subscribe button it links me to a none existent part of the site that just says "oops where did the page go?"

Is it still possible to subscribe to this game or can you only play it as part of station pass?
