Hey all hows it going? Just registered today and thought id throw up an introduction thread. Im super excited about PS2 looks like its gonna be an amazing game. I played the original back in the day for a couple months, wasnt financially able to justify it back then but what i remember it was a blast. Ill be turning 37 years old in about a week and so ive had my hand in the gaming cookie jar a long while so to speak lol. Im still trying to decide what empire i like best but so far im leaning strongly toward VS or NC. I think i really like VS because of the energy weapons, kinda burnt out on modern day conventional weapons, would be great to be able to use some energy weapons etc. Just something different.
I game a lot so the main thing im looking forward to about this is the continuuity of it, seems like its got a great community where a lot of people know each other. I think when this goes live there wont be anything else like it, plus with the f2p payment plan i think the community will be massive. Ive got a good old group of friends that ive been gaming with for years that im trying to talk into playing this with me, currently were playing battlefield 3 and tribes ascend, will be getting into diablo 3 when it comes out in may hopefully. Pretty much play anything thats fun. Anyways i have a tendency to ramble on about nothing so ill close here but just wanted to say hey and look forward to getting to know everybody and getting some good games in when the game goes live.
