I like recognising who is actually taking on teamspeak. I like getting to know the characters their strengths, weaknesses and what their favourite beer is :-)

I am hoping that squads, platoons and outfits will actually have their own voice (and text) channels. Getting more people into outfits will make these things get used, too.
