Systems: Outfit Shared Resource Pool

A rather simple idea that would provide another advantage to working together in an organised outfit:

Each member of the outfit is 'taxed' a certain percentage of the resources they gain personally and these resources are sent to an outfit resource pool.

The outfit leader would be able to decide how much each member is taxed (maybe nothing, maybe everything, anything inbetween) and can also decide how the resources are redistributed.

For example: the outfit leader could say that every player has to be taxed 10% of their resources gained and they are avalible in the pool to only the 'Gal-pilot' outfit rank to make use of. This way the outfits Dropship pilots would have to worry less about being stuck needing to do their job but with out the resources to do it.

Another more complicated example might be:
Everyone is taxed 100% their resources, but 10% of the pool is avalible to the outfit leaders, 30% to the drivers and pilots, and then the rest is free for any other outfit role to make use of.

Obviously this could be used in rather a bad way to tax members resources and then funnel them to just the leader, but frankly, why are you in an outfit like that in the first place o.O
