Very Experianced sniper looking for top level VS outfit

I'm planning on playing PS2 very hardcore, i want to join a outfit that is very experienced and shares a serious interest in the game. My E-ween: played tf2 very competitively for 3 years, sniped a lot for all the different teams i played for, i've played comp quake 3 and more recently comp tribes ascend, but for the past few weeks i've been playing bfbc2 since its sniping is the most comparable to PS2's. The main role im looking to fill would be sniping in a small ops team, containing around 3-4 people, prefs with me on scope, one engi, a light assault and then a pilot.
