Metal Guard - PST - US West/East

Server Location: We have members from US West, East, EU, and Asia. So we will most likely be playing on a US East server. This will give all US players a maximum of 60 ping while keeping all foreign players at a maximum of 120 ping.

Short description: We are primarily a defensive outfit focused on defending NC territory currently under attack. We don't run with the Zerg. We also participate in strategic strikes on territories behind enemy lines.

Team play focused, tight knit group, diverse, organized, cake

What sort of members you’re looking for?
Hardcore/elitist. However, we do take in and train casual and new players if they're willing to learn.

What to expect from your outfit? NOTE: None of this is required, but it is ideal.

Are you playing any games together now or what are you doing in the lead up to PlanetSide 2?
The outfit is gaming together daily in many different games and genres. You do not need to participate in this, but it is encouraged to get to know the members and work with them as a team prior to planetside play.

Notes:

• This outfit is meant to be a small, 2-3 platoon strike force. Don't expect it to grow or have multiple divisions like the huge outfits.

• You may notice the outfit is called Metal Guard, where as our logos, acronyms and websites all say Metal Guard Soldiers. This community changes it's name between Metal Guard and Metal Guard Soldiers to fit the game being played (we have divisions in hundreds of games). We ended up going with Metal Guard for PS2 because it was short and sweet, easy for enemies to remember when death is upon them, and we generally thought it fit PS2 better than MG Soldiers in the end, despite the fact that everyone's a soldier. It was MG Soldiers in PS1 if you were wondering

• Depending on how good the in game voip is, we will either be using that or TS. The TS info can be found on the website and is open to all, even non members.
