Looking for a Terran Outfit

I am a relatively experienced FPS player (although new to Planetside) and I am looking for an outfit that is both social but also has a competitive edge to them. I'm not too worried about any outfit specific roles as I'll happily go with whatever the squad needs me to do and I should perform well (as long as it involves lots of guns!). Would be good if I could get into an EU outfit as I'm not sure if the US server will be any good for me yet (we shall see it beta).
On a less serious note I tend to enjoy being in a community that I can relate to and that has an active player base.
