Might be time to split up outfit recruitment forum

With the additional site traffic as the Planetside community has grown, so too has the number of outfits and posting in the Outfit Recruitment forum.

There's an arms race on bumping recruitment threads in the recruitment forum. If you want to be somewhat near the top you need to bump your thread roughly every 4-8 hours. If you go a day without bumping you risk dropping off the front page. Might be able to go two days and stay on there, but at the rate this is progressing that won't be true for long.

Being on the first page is rather important and it's exacerbated by the fact that outfits of all three empires are all competing for that space.

Once again I'd like to suggest splitting the recruitment thread into 3 forums, one for each empire. Can keep it top level or put them under the Looking for Outfit forum.

it triples the size of the "first page" of outfits recruitment. It won't eliminate the problem but it will at least lessen the need to bump threads, and make it easier for people looking for outfits to browse the empires.
